Refund Process

  1. To request a cancellation and refund, you must contact our customer support team through our website, app, or helpline.
  2. The refund amount will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
  3. Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  4. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

  1. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or civil unrest, the refund policy may be subject to review.
  2. Vehicle Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the booked vehicle or service, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

  2. GoRide reserves the right to investigate any refund requests and make decisions based on the merits of each case.
  3. Refunds will only be made to the original booking party and not to any third parties.

  • 1 Hour Before Pickup or No-Show

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund
  • 50% of the Booking Amount
  • No Refund

Daily Basis Bookings

Cancellation Time

  • 7 Hours After Booking
  • 7 Hours Before Pickup
  • 2 Hours Before Pickup or No-Show

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund
  • 50% of the Booking Amount
  • No Refund

Weekly Basis Bookings

Cancellation Time

  • 1 Day After Booking
  • 12 Hours Before Pickup
  • 4 Hours Before Pickup
  • On Arrival Cancelation

  • 10% of the Booking Amount (to be discussed)
  • 50% of the Booking Amount (to be discussed)
  • 1 Day Service Charges Deduction

Monthly Basis Bookings
